A mother of two with a love for cooking and a four-burner electric stove managed to transform her passion into a successful family owned and operated business. Yoly Prohías began Prohías Inflight Catering with three things in mind: excellence, passion, and consistency. Under these standards, our mom built a long-lasting reputation based on outstanding quality, presentation and service. Sixteen years later, Prohías Inflight Catering is the leading company in private and cargo aviation catering in Puerto Rico and the go to catering option for top companies and high-profile individuals.
